A VERY WARM THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Matthew 22:37-39
Encouraged, empowered, victorious. Words that inspired the naming of our organization. But, what does this have to do with our volunteers?
Along the way of creating VictoryLife House, every person I shared my vision with was a volunteer on some level. They all had one thing in common; they shared their hearts with me. Some were nay sayers, unbelievers, folks lacking faith or simply lack of care while others encouraged me.
The Encouragers empowered me to be victorious.
I have no way to ever thank these folks in any proper way or even express how humbled I am for their selflessness, caring and love showered on VictoryLife House and the girls participating in our Beauty from Ashes program. What words could express that? Thank you gifts and appreciation dinners and thoughts of bronze statues are options for this life, but I know our Heavenly Father has greater gifts for them eternally.
Hopefully they will feel the love of God flow out of VictoryLife House as much as we have felt it flowing in.
